What began as a private-label collection became the catalyst for House of Rare. Only 177 bottles of this 7-year-old extra añejo were produced, most of them shared with friends and family. Bottled to be enjoyed, there are few, if any, unopened examples in existence.

TASTING NOTES

Nose

Caramelized agave and dark toffee intertwine with dried fig, roasted espresso, polished French oak, and antique spice.

Palate

Dense and structured. Rich agave reduction meets dark chocolate, brûléed sugar, toasted almond, and elegant oak tannins developed over seven years.

Finish

Long and complex. Lingering cacao, warm oak, dried fruit, and a subtle mineral thread recalling its agave origin.
